We purchased a pellet stove from Bowden's. We were very dissatisfied with their service. They neglected to place our order, causing us a long delay. They ignored our phone calls, and never called us to let us know our stove was in. They came out to estimate a price for installation, and then raised the price by $1000 more than the estimate, because they said the chimney liner would cost $1000. However, when we looked on-line, the price for the liner is normally $400. We tried to cancel our order, and they wouldn't let us. I can not recommend this store.
