Terrible support with products. I brought a GE profile refrigerator from wickford appliance. Within the first six months the refrigerator's door seals were coming off and the digital display was not working. I had purchased the extended service plan. Wickford appliance sent out a technician who had to order new doors and an electronic part. He returned two months later and installed the new doors and fixed the digital display. Within two months the door seals were coming off again. The technician returned again and this time ordered new seals only. He came back in three weeks and installed them. Within two weeks the seals were coming off again. He returned and made adjustments to the doors and reseated the door seals. Now the doors are not aligned hard to open and close. We called again but we were informed there is nothing more they can do for us. I will soon be replaceing my dishwasher, range and, microwave, and refrigerator (3yo). I know where I'm not going WICKFORD APPLIANCE!!!! NO SUPPORT! NOT RECOMMENDED----------
