When calling for an appointment the receptionist is among the rudest people you will ever have the displeasure of talking to. Her tone makes it clear that she wishes that you would take your pet somewhere else and stop bothering her. Unfortunately, you have to get through her to schedule appointments or see the Vet. Not a good experience.
