After my experience with the staff at this store, I'm happy that the online services are available so I will never have to step foot in there again! Be aware that a TECH is the only person who can open up and diagnose damage to your phone...I was treated like I had no idea what the problem with my phone was as an assistant store manager tried to tell me I had liquid damage to my phone without ever opening it! He was abrupt and walked away when I asked him how that diagnosis was made without anyone actually physically looking at my phone. \r
I now know better than to ever recommend Sprint service to my friends or family that may have to deal with this location.
