I was so happy to find Dr. Kern. Recent events have allowed me to see a side of him I didn't know existed. My wife and I confirmed with the staff beforehand that they were ok with us getting our products from PetMeds, and Dr. Kern always tries to help you save money. In my first order, they rejected it and I had PetMeds send a fax to them that all that is required is a confirmation from the vet. There's no need to talk to the owners in this matter. After the fax, Dr. Kern called me up and was the rudest person I had ever talked to as a vet. He felt the wording in the fax was unnecessary, and I told him I didn't even read what PetMeds sent to him. I read it after this rude phone call, and it only stated that it was my right as a patient to request prescriptions. The fax was not even close to how rude Dr. Kern was with me on the phone. He has recently sent me a letter stating he dropped my animals as patients. He is losing HUNDREDS of dollars over FORTY. I'm perplexed as he was by far on
