We took our home PC in for a diagnostic and the tech told my husband nothing more than what we had already figured out - that the unit may have a virus and we'd need to recover data and reinstall Windows. They wanted another $100 just to back up the data before the recovery process. The service was mediocre considering the tech my husband worked with had a poor command of English and an even poorer way of relating the issues. I was left trying to figure out what he really meant. Prices are a bit high considering it is an independent shop rather than the Geek Squad. I would recommend with a caveat: make sure you get ALL information and don't let them get out of the explanation process. Otherwise, you may be wasting money.
