THEY MAKE UP STORIES TO WRONGFULLY ENTER TENANT'S APARTMENTS IN NON EMERGENCY CASES AND TENANTS HAVE THINGS FROM IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS TO CLOTHES TO FURNITURE. RENT MONEY HAS BEEN UNACCOUNTED FOR AND MAANGEMENT HAS BEEN CAUGHT ENTERING APARTMENTS OF TENANTS THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM TO DESTROY EVIDENCE THE TENANT HAS TO WIN CASES AGAINST THEM. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR CONTRACTORS AND THE MAINTENANCE WORKERS WHO HAVE TO LAY CARPET DO NOT CLEAN THE FLOOR UNDER THE OLD CARPET AND HAS BEEN KNOWN TO PUT NEW CARPET OVER FLOORING WITH DOG AND CAT URINATION AND DEFECATION SMELL IN IT. THEY DO NOT SALT THEIR DRIVEWAYS OR ROPE THEM OFF DURING WINTER MONTHS AND REFUSE TO PAY FOR INJURIES TO TENANTS WHO ARE VICTIMS OF SLIP AND FALL ACCIDENTS BUT THREATEN THEM WITH EVICTION. PEOPLE ARE ABANDONING THEIR APARTMENTS IN ALARMING RATES . THREATS ARE BEING MADE AGAINST TENANTS WHO HAVE GUESTS IN THEIR HOMES FOR EVICTION UNDER THE GUISE OF UNAUTHORIZED RESIDENCE AND THOS WHO WERE THREATENED ARE NOT UNDER LEASE WITH PMR COMPANIES AND ARE LEAVING THE AREA ONCE THE WEATHER BREAKS. THIS WAS DONE TO ILLEGALLY ENTER AN APARTMENT OF A RESIDENT WHO WAS EVICTED AND WITH TENANTS COMING FORWARD WILLING TO GIVE THE TENANT STATEMENTS THE IDIOTS IN CHARGE ARE TRYING TO PASS THEIR STATEMENTS OFF AS HEARSAY TO GET OUT OF CRIMINAL THEFT CHARGES. SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE ABANDONED THEIR APARTMENTS LETTERS WITH THREATS ARE BEING LEFT ON DOORS OF NON RESIDENTS INCLUDING THOSE WHO WERE ILLEGALLY EVICTED. THE APARTMENT BUILDINGS ARE NOT UP TO CODE AND URINE, DEFECATION, AND FOOD ARE LEFT IN THE LAUNDRY ROOMS. DO NOT RENT FROM AURORA OF PITTSBURGH AND PMR COMPANIES
