We had a group of 10 for my son's birthday, called ahead, but was told their ""call ahead"" list was full. Don't know how that is. Then when we got there, we were told 30-45 minutes to be seated. We waited over 1 and 1/2 hours to be seated - we should have taken that as our clue to leave. Once seated, it took another 20 minutes for our order to be taken and then waited 45 minutes for the first set of meals to come out. Four of our party waited an additional 20 minutes for their food, which looked like it sat under a heat lamp. Of course, 2 of those had to be the two youngest kids - one of which was the birthday boy. They even knew it was his birthday. Don't know why it takes 65 minutes to make chicken strips and french fries. We asked to talk to the manager, which we waited another 15 minutes for and she said she would ""comp"" us. Our comp was 1 meal + 4%. So after 3+ hours, we finally were able to leave. It wasn't like they were that busy. There were only 16 people in our service area. Lots of tables open. The kitchen really screwed up!\r

Plus side - the divers held the kids' attention, we got 10 or more baskets of chips and all the salsa we could eat! The food has improved quite a bit, but not worth the wait or frustration. \r

I would go else where unless you have LOTS of time on your hands!
Pros: Food has improved from the old cafeteria style - it does resemble Mexican!
Cons: They hold you hostage and are completely incompetent.
