I have been in Kataluma Chai Co. at Colorado Mills Mall many times over the past five years and as a locally owned store I am glad it is still in business and doing well. They offer FREE wireless connection so it is a comfortable place to work on my computer. The drinks have always been wonderful and I personally have always found service friendly. My favorite is Caramel Dream - Oh wow, blended up with ice cream - now that is really good. They also have a great bagel sandwich with fresh vegetables which is also yummy. The blended drinks are big too with lots of whipped cream, little toffee chunks and syrup on top. Yummmm. They have comparable prices to specialty coffee drinks and in some cases much better and since I don't do coffee this is awesome. I have watched them grow from a barebones start up to a very nice charming atmosphere that offers new products all the time. They have gifts for friends. And almost any flavored syrup you could want for you chai or coffee, they even special ordered me some flavors. They carry lots of stuff for whole leaf teas and even coffee. So yeah, I give them 5 stars and if there is a wait - I don't mind at all..........
Pros: Lots of flavors of chai to choose from - you never get bored with the same ole flavors!
Cons: Only one in Colorado - wish there were more !
