wow, i went on-line to write a review about my great experience at Dr. Gould s office, and i just read that big long review. i don't know what that person was talking about, i found the dentist and the staff friendly and professional. i had not been to the dentist in a few years, i was terrified and had anticipated a sterile white coat environment. Dr. Gould was very personable, and made me feel very comfortable, it was a totally surprising experience considering what most dental offices are like. i have been back twice (i need a lot of work!!) anyway, i totally disagree with that other review, i even sent my mother there. there wasn't any gossip, but i wouldn't care, i thought they were that good!
Pros: great parking, great staff, helpful with my dental plan benefits
Cons: tough to get a cleaning appointment, they are pretty booked up
