I have read some of the reviews about poor customer service and I have to say I have only ever experienced the best service from this place, and I come here on a weekly basis. \r
Keep in mind that they are not well-equipped for large parties of people or frequent special requests. You come in, sit at the counter, and pick things up from the conveyor belt. If you see something on the menu that you want but isnt readily available, you can ask any of the sushi chefs and they get it for you. I have never felt the service was lacking in regards to the sushi chefs or any of the servers. \r
Overall, the sushi is fresh, there is a nice selection, and it is all very decently priced. (we usually spend no more than $20 for the two of us) The service is fast and friendly. They have free parking (something that isn't available at the queen anne location). The only reason I dont give them 5 stars is that their bathrooms are usually trashed. It's a great lunch spot!
