I worked at that store for a little over 6 months, and for the time I spent there many people quit myself included for many reasons, in the short amount of time I was employed there I witnessed 4 puppy deaths, 7 kitten deaths, 2 birds, and at least 5 fish daily. When a puppy gets sick they set them up in the kitchen and give them sugar water, wet food, or antibiotics that they get from god knows where, and they medicate even though there are no vet's who work there, also they put dogs together who have kennel cough, and dogs who have respitory problems so they all get each others sickness, and they do not even treat the kittens they just let them pass away. I came to work one morning to find a Daschund puppy 7 weeks old who was taking it's last breath due to lack of caring, they gave it sugar water and it passed 30 minutes later, when I left it was still in the freezer, right next to some food for there reptiles....all in all in it is a very aweful place, and the owner is in so much debt that he will not take any animals to the vet....I strongly advise to not go there.
