I went to Virgilio's a month or so ago after reading reviews and must say that I agree. This is one of the Best pizza places in Denver. I will say that my pizza knowledge is pretty vast since I spent a year of my life working as a Graphic Designer for one of the top pizza trade magazines in the US. I also had other responsibilities for the company and traveled for 3 months eating pizza up and down the east coast. So after reading the reviews, I went in a little close minded thinking that it couldn't be that good but I must say my boyfriend and I really loved the pizza. The sauce was phenomenal, the crust yummy and crispy and the atmosphere was great. I don't understand how people had bad service since our server was incredible and even suggested a great wine that complimented our meal. He was extremely nice, funny and attentive. After finished we even order one of their take-and-bake pizzas to try out at home which also was awesome. The owner even came over and chatted with us for several minutes and I thought Virgilio was a great guy. I will definitely be going back for more of this great pizza.
