I would also like to tell you a couple things about this company, so maybe next time you have to speak to a collector you have a better understanding of why you are received so abrasively. There are only about 5 employees and a manager assigned to this collection team, all having been there 5 years or more. Everyone working there is working on %100 commission; I hope you see how this situation with the economy has affected them also. Most of the people there are just doing whatever it takes to stay under the radar. These employees are in a situation that makes customer service obsolete, they make no money listening to anything you say unless it is a debit card number? The people that you speak to are bery nice people, the stress of corporate greed comes down on them 10 times harder then you will ever be expected to endure, try compassion, it will get you much further then threats and blame. .\r
