Southwest Electronics responded to my TV repair needs quickly and efficiently! The service technician, Stan, has many many years of experience and he was very personable and knowledgeable. I spoke to 3 other home TV repair companies as I was going down my list from the internet and encountered nothing but arrogant condescending attitudes. I would not have allowed any of them in my door let alone to fix my TV after the way they spoke to me. On the contrary, Stan was very nice on the phone and I got the feeling he wanted my business. He provided excellent service and reasonable pricing. Honesty, respectful communication, and quality service goes a long way with me and Stan provides all of these.
