Everybody wants to go where you are remembered and appreciated. After 45 min. sitting at the bar and observing Joel (the owner/chef), greet his costomers then remember their orders from before, it was obvious to us we were in the right spot for the evening! The portions were larger than normal and each bite, weather it was veg. yakisoba or the extrordinary Flaming salmon roll, made my mouth dance in the layers of flavor and yern for the next bite.
