I think I've gotten three phones fixed here - had an LCD screed replaced on a TRIO, some loose wire making speakers (or mic, I forget) on a samsung made not loose so I could hear people, and something else but I can't remember what, maybe the same speaker thing on a different samsung. I'm hard on my phones. The speaker thing I think they charged $20 for and they had it for me later that day or the next day. The screen took them a couple days I think, but I think they had to order the part for it, and it cost about $100.
Pros: they'll fix your cell phone, likely for less than the deductible of your insurance
