I had my seats and carpet shampooed and had to go back to have them go over it again! First time they just brought the dirt to the service. They didn't spend enough time on it with the extractor. It looked worse than when I first brought it in. I used to detail for Lexus for a couple of years so I know how this stuff works. Just a bunch of young inexperienced and un-personable kids working there. Would never go back. I ended up having to go over it myself with some foaming cleaner after the second time I went back and that made it looked better than what they did!!! They didnt have any seat covers either so they thru a couple of small garbage bags in there. So my girlfriend and I drove home getting wet clothes which by the way stained our clothes from the poor job they did by just bringing the dirt to the surface and not extracting it all the way!!!
Cons: inexperienced kids, poor work performed
