My husband ordered flowers for Valentines Day for me and had them delivered to my job. There was no card with the flowers, so I called the the florest to get more infomration. The guy that answered talked to me like I was mentally challenged, ""okay, open the envelope...See the card? Did you open the envelope all the way? There is a card. See the four sides of the card. And there is no card? Your not opening the envelope all the way...there must be a card..."" He put me on hold, and hung up on me. I called back and a lady answered who gave me the same speech about me not seeing the apparent card! As if I would waste my time to call if there was a da$m card! She put me on hold, and called my husband--- Needless to say, there was supposed to be a card, they FAILED to put the card, and they talked to me in such a catty demeaner... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They turned a special occasion into a sour day!
Pros: NOTHING---DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Cons: You'll get into a verbal altercation!!!!!!
