We worked out a deal with Westland that was pretty much better than anything we had found at larger dealerships. We actually had the cliche dealership horror story occur to us at Pompano Ford-Lincoln-Mercury where the sales rep extended a deal to us, we accepted, were in the process of getting approved with our credit union and had even informed the rep as to what was happening, only to find out he sold the car after having reached said agreement. It was truly refreshing working with Westland (Jonathan was our guy). He came out and truly knocked our socks off with an offer that beat every other offer we had seen or had to previously haggle for. Beyond the offer, Jonthan (and Westland) were wonderfully responsive in preparing a vehicle that I was getting for my wife for Valentine's Day. Long story short, they stuck by there offer, negotiated very reasonably with my concerns and interests, and delivered the agreed upon vehicle at the agreed upon price with integrity, warmth, and a sincere interest in making sure that we were taken care of. This little dealership was a gift to have done business with!
Pros: Great staff, willingness to give you a good price without having to haggle.
Cons: I wish you could shop for a car with people like this everytime. :-)
