There is no way to rate this business. If I could, I would give it a negative number. Our experience there was horrible. Please read on:\r
My husband had a fossil watch that he loved and couldn't wear because the battery was worn out. I decided that it would be a great Christmas present for him to get the battery repaired, so I went to Fast Fix in El Cajon. They told me I had to buy a battery for $20 and to come back in 20 min or so. I did and they gave me the watch and I left happily. \r

On Christmas day, however, my husband told me that it was not his watch that I gave him, but a different one. The watch band was the same, but the face had been changed and was now a ""FLY"" face. If you have ever owned a fossil watch, you would obviously be upset if a company that was just supposed to put a new battery in it actually CHANGED THE FACE of the watch to an off-brand. We went back to their location to discuss it with the employees and/or the manager. They took forever to pull up my ""file"" (my name and number written down on a piece of paper), and proceeded to treat us like WE committed a crime!!!\r

I have never been so offended and I'm so so upset because my husband LOVED that watch and now, basically, doesn't have it anymore. I can't believe a company would employ people that would change the face of the watch...I guess to put it on another watch band and sell it since it's a Fossil?? And I couldn't believe how horribly the two women behind the counter treated us. They refused to help us and I just hope that a manager or owner can remedy this. Otherwise, I am reporting them to the bureau that handles these types of situations (this site won't let me type it out or abbreviate it). Please DO NOT go to Fast Fix in El Cajon.
