I'm something of an expert when it comes to working with personal trainers. I've been training for years and worked with trainers all over the country, yet I've never felt as at-home as I do at Studio 1-on-1. Bud Fallon has created a ""fitness family"" where I get a hug when I go in, and everyone knows my name. The trainers are very knowledgeable and I don't feel like some are good, and some are not-so-good (like the big gyms usually offer.) I work hard everytime I go in and the staff does a great job of motivating me...some days I walk in not feeling like working out, but I always get inspired and finish strong! Finally, I've made GREAT PROGRESS! I've always been in pretty good shape, but I'd never been able to lose the last 10-15 pounds that seem to be the hardest to drop. I'm happy to say that I'm down to my goal weight and I've been maintaining it for the past 3 months! Thanks Alfredo!
