If anyone is thinking about getting a mortgage through this company....DON'T!!!! We were given a outrageous interest rate even though we put almost half down on what our house was worth. They tried to tell us that it was because our credit wasnt very good. I believe they took advantage of my husband and I because this was our first house and we didn't know any better. They also don't report any of your payments to the credit bureau so our credit isn't any better even though we've been paying on a mortgage for the past 2 years. But if you are late there is no 90 day grace period you will be threatened to be foreclosed on if you are even 2 weeks late. My husband was called while I was in labor because we were 2 days late and was told if we didn't get the payment in by the next day they would start the process of foreclosure. The woman in the office is very unprofessional and on several visits to the office she was walking around with no shoes on. Everything about this company is unprofessional!!! Thank god we found someone that let us know how bad we got screwed....the only word that fits... and we now are refinancing with a reputable company. Please don't get involved with this company. You will regret it!!!
