Majority of the sales people at the bridal cottage were very nice and were concerned with my bridal needs. However, there were a few ladies who were very rude and acted like they didn't care. There was a specific blonde lady who was the rudest person I have encountered during my wedding planning process. I will not go back to the bridal cottage and I'm very upset about the way they treated me the last time I was there. Good luck when going there!!
