I have taken my cat to this salon several times. First I have to say, it's hard to find a place that will groom cats without them being sedated. They've always been very fair to me and very sweet to my cat. I have been completely satisfied with this pet salon. My only con...they rarely answer the phone and it takes them several days to call you back to schedule an appt. I will continue to use them.
Pros: They are great with animals.
Cons: They rarely answer the phone and it takes a couple of days for them to call you back.
