I have live in these apartments for a year and i am looking to move out but since i have lived here I Got my car stolen so if your planning to move in get more anti theift protection for your car... There are storages by the parking space the only bad thing is it got broken in to found it with the lock torn off and the bums that live around the areas like to you them as restrooms. For entertainment there is likely you will see a fight 2 or 3 times a month, i love those ussally the local cholos that live in the trailor across the street once or twice spousal abuse. Well thats the nieghbor hood with cop partols every five minute and you will get a ticket thats a fact...they won't catch the bad guys just you parked in the red when you off load some something like your newborn child in the rain. Oh yeah my window has been broken for about 4 months haven't been fixed. The apartments are old the window are drafty it gets so cold during the winter. the ventalated enough that is should be harmfu......l they alway put notices on your door to PAY yout rent or maintence never fix anything... right I think i have mold in the walls of the bathroom but they say its QUIT but when you read it it is not even yours just it the other bilding on the other side i am planning to move out next month....HEY MAYBE YOU'LL GET MY APARTMENT GOOD LUCK AND ADD EXTRA SECURITY
Pros: very entertaining if you have nothing to do during the day
Cons: everything take some time to walk around the block around 9.00pm you'll see
