Although the center has been around for more than a decade in our community, I tried PCY&H for the first time this year -- and I love it! Deborah Metzger has created a safe haven where I can go for a hour or two and be with ""myself"" or amongst a community of like-minded friends. \r

I am new to the practice of yoga and PCY&H has opened up a whole new world of experiences for me. \r
\r
I especially like the mindfulness-based stress reduction course and the wonderful Young Living therapeutic grade essential oils that the center sells in their store. Several of the workshops sound terrific and the alternative services, such as marma facials, sound delightful... I cannot wait to try them all, and even in these trying economic times I can afford to invest in my sanity and serenity because PCY&H offers specials all the time. \r
\r
Now I finally have found something to do at night besides dinner and a movie, because the center offers classes virtually 24-7 and fits with my lifestyle. And I love the free and hassel free parking at the Center, too, vs going to downtown Princeton (what a stress-saver and money-saver that is).\r

You've got to try this place for yourself!!!
Pros: Hours of operation, variety of services, quality of teachers, location and free parking
Cons: No shower facility
