Ms. Barney perjured herself in the attempt to ruin the lives of a mother and her 3 children whom she doesn't even know, never met and certainly did not confer with. By declaring she sent me an AT-ISSUE MEMORANDUM on 1/14/09, when in fact the only copy I received was a file stamped copy of that memorandum from the court with the file stamp date of 1/15/09 that was attached to a copy of the court?s notice to attend conference mailed to the other party in the action on 1/16/09 who Ms. Barney is ?not? representing and which the date on the envelope that I received shows 2/5/09. I?m in pro se, my husband has left us with nothing, we are loosing our home, and he?s taken my car, 20 years of physical and mental abuse with 13 police reports and 2 felony convictions 4 misdemeanors and 6 contempt?s of court and letters from his psychologist that say he is criminally mentally ill and I know he is a socio-path but Ms. Barney says that I did not say what my part in the violence was. Well Ms. Barney, bend over touch your toes and push your chin to your chest and open your eyes. I AM A WOMAN that why. That was the extent of it and he beat two more before me and I have no family for 6,000 miles that?s why he prayed on me. But you have oppressed us and if I can't get that memorandum striken then you have financially ruined my family. SHAME ON YOU!\r

The reason why there is so much emphasis on winning and less emphasis on what is fair and just in our society is that?s how so called professionals stake their claim and make a name while the rest of us suffer and are then told these so called professionals are only held to the same standards as a prudent person would be held. Well Ms. Barney I am a prudent person and before I deprived anyone of their rights and deny them the due process of Notice and an Opportunity to defend which could quite reasonably destroy anyone?s life based on someone else?s unverified claim I think it is not unreasonable to expect me to place a phone call first.
