I visited Shula's for lunch one day, for the very first time and deeply anticipating my experience. I ordered the Crab Cake Sandwich with smashed potatoes. I was very hungry and the food didn't take long to come. Instantly, I start to eat my Crab Cake and I get into my fouth bite or so and notice a long string of hair (different color from mine) in the middle of my food. It grossed me out so bad that I lost my appetite. The waiter notified the Manager that then apologized and removed the contaminated food from my table. She then offered to take the dish off my bill and give me something else. My stomach was a bit upset so I declined the food. I was shocked most of all and grateful that I hadn't eaten the hair but I think at such a nice restaurant this shouldn't happen. A drink I had was $15.00 yet I had a piece of hair in my food that could have been prevented with the use of an hair net. I would have loved to had re visited and recommend this restaurant to others because the food was good but Sanitation is far more important than just taste and this experience is very upsetting.\r
