I've been here for a while and I find EHV a nice place to live, the lot rent is reasonable and the neighbors are nice. My only complaints are there is no bus service so to go anywhere you have to have a car. Probably not a big deal for most people, however I don't like to drive so I will be moving out eventually to a place which does have bus service. My other complaint is it would be nice if our parking spaces, or driveways as they are called, were a little larger. Other than that I find it pleasant to live here. Pros: Off street parking, pool, curbside trash/recycle, playground, speed bumps
Cons: BIG speed bumps, no bus service
