I called 3 weeks before to schedule an appointment. I had family fly in from out of town and when we got there the lady in the front said we had our appointment scheduled for the following saturday and that i would have to wait. I had my sister next to me when we were scheduling the appointment and we both had it down in our schedule books for that saturday. they are so disorganized and rude. i've heard some pretty good things about this store but boy was i wrong. when it was finally our turn, our sales girl said that she didnt have chairs for my party because we didnt have an appointment. these girls do not listen to what you say. they're too much into doing their business their way to make a customer feel comfortable. my trip to bridal exclusives was a complete waist of time. I cant believe how much i talked this store up to my mom that she was convinced to fly in from Georgia to be a part of my dress shopping experience. i will never recommend this store to anyone. i felt incredibly let down.
