I got pretty poor customer service there a couple weeks ago. Went in to ask for a check register. The first teller said sure and proceeded to get me one but a second teller interrupted her and asked if I was a member. I said ""no, I'm with Wright-Patt Credit Union"". She said we don't do that for non members and promptly told me there was a Wright-Patt Credit Union down the street on Far Hills (which was probably 5-7 miles away). I mean, come on, member or not, how much does it really cost them to give me a check register? It's called customer service! Isn't that what community banks are supposed to specialize in? Bad kudos for this community bank!
