I eat at Strings pretty regularly (and then head over to Dbar for desert). While the description says its expensive, its not really. There is a good choice of things on the menu that are really well priced and the starters are usually big enough to eat on their own. I highly recomend the beef carpaccio or during the summer they had a camembert with honey that was amazing. If your trying to reduce your soct try the 5280 ($26.40) 4 course menu every Sunday or a half order of the pasta. \r

The wait staff is always friendly and the bussers are fast.
