The guy in the drive through got very rude and ill with me because I did not accept the dressing HE chose for me. I thought I got to choose my own type of dressing! He said in a very RUDE tone to give him back the dressing he put in the bag and he would give me some ranch dressing. I didn't know that workers at Zaxby's got so defensive and bent out of shape over types of dressings. Anyway, the salad was terrible and the lettuce was brown. I won't be back! Looks to me like they would be worried about business with the current state of the economy.
