These people could not possible have been more dreadful at managing our building. When the new management company took over we found more than $20,000 in accumulated unpaid bills from vendors, suppliers and utilities. The building had a major rodent infestation, the elevator was breaking down constantly, nothing was working properly, and All Area blamed anyone and everyone but themselves for the horrible job they were doing. The new company took over and got everything working properly and under control within six weeks, and we are only just managing to dig out from under the financial havoc that All Area heaped on us by not properly paying our bills. I warn strongly enough against hiring these people.
