Budget Blinds of Keller by far has the worst customer service I have EVER received. To start with, they did not show up to the first appointment. They called to reschedule, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. That should have been my first clue of what was to come. They were 90 minutes late to the next appointment. The estimate was only slightly cheaper than some of the other estimates but I went ahead and ordered our window treatments through them. I was told I would only have to pay for half of the window treatments up front and the remaining balance would be due upon installation. So, several weeks later they came out and installed my blinds. Several of the blinds were incorrect, so I was told that they would order the replacement blinds ""right away."" They also tried to pull a fast one on me and tried to collect the entire remaining 50 percent balance that was due on blinds that weren't even here yet. I told them I would pay for what they installed that day but would not pay for the other blinds until they were installed. I waited and waited for the phone call that the rest of the blinds had arrived, but never received any phone calls. After over a month of waiting I called them every single day for a week. They never returned my calls. (Remember that I had already put a 50 percent deposit on these blinds that I had not received). Finally, after calling and leaving MULTIPLE messages, the lady from Budget Blinds called, and gave some stupid excuse for why she hadn't returned my call yet. She said the new blinds would be in ""any day."" Several weeks passed. No response. I called and left several messages before my calls were returned. (I think she had forgotten to order my blinds and was lying about it) Finally received blinds 1 month later. No apology or acknowledgment of mistake from BB. The owners of BB of Keller/Denton have no clue how to run a company and I tell everyone who compliments me on my windows about my experience. HORRIBLE SVC!!!
