The location is the only good thing about this place. Close to fw, shopping, eats, ect. However, mgmt is very strict on lease terms. People have unforseen emergencies and mgmt has no soft spot for those that have to break their leases. \r
The $50 pet fee each month is a joke. And you have 2 1/2 days to pay your rent....or else. On the 3rd day, you have to pay by 9:00 am, or else get a late fee, that multiplys quickly. \r
Rent is over priced, for apartments that should be considered more like a studio then a 1 bd. \r
