Poor Customer Service 2/9/2009

Purchased a new washer and dryer. Both were delivered and hooked up or so I thought. An hour later I discovered the dryer was not hooked up to the vent as the house was heating up rapidly. I called APSCO at noon. I was told by a salesman and then by the dispatcher their employees are contracted until 4:00 and they were too busy to come back. I have wet clothes in the dryer and wet clothes in the washing machine. And I have to wait until it is convenient for APSCO to finish the job. A company committed to good customer service would have had the same guys turn back around and finish the job they had started. APSCO obviously isn't interested in the customer. more
