I was training to be a gymnast, and had a fear of performing a backwards somersault. While this is a hard technique, I thought that the problem lay in my own self-belief in my abilities. I was worried about not overcoming this fear or progressing, especially as I loved doing this and hoped to compete at national level. I also had broader issues affecting my confidence, in regards to approaching people in social situations and would find myself hanging back in groups, and not expressing myself as I wanted to.\r

I found A New Day Hypnosis by an internet search and decided to try a session. I found that during the induction session, not only were all my questions answered but also that I experienced a change in feelings and thoughts during the actual hypnosis, so decided to sign up for a program. After only the second session, I found that my confidence had improved considerably and I could now not only perform the backflip, but also in my social life found it easier to approach people, and indeed began a relationship. I also found the cds very relaxing in general to listen to and to help me focus. I would definitely recommend A New Day Hypnosis as I found Simon answered all of my questions concisely, and that it was an enjoyable process that was totally successful.\r
