This accountant just moved from Newport Beach location. Since, there has been a complete breakdown in communication. Office will NOT return phone calls, repeatedly stated tax returns were mailed to us although they never arrive. When told of a penalty assessment for our overdue State tax, responded ""what are they gonna do, come get you?"" Refused repeated requests and pleas to return our original documents to us. We have filed a formal complaint against this company with the IRS and the California State tax board. Please do yourself a favor and run, run, run... far, far away
Pros: I guess if your tax return is actually done, it would be okay.
Cons: No communication -- complete shutdown -- will not return our tax documents.
