I had the worst experience with Clark & White when they REFUSED to accept a Jeep lease return as required by contract. They said their ""lot was too full"" to accept cars back and proceeded to harass my agent who attempted to return the car d never accepted it. They also hung up on me TWICE while trying to reach a solution to avoid at least 2 people driving 2+hours round-trip to return the Jeep to an ""alernate"" dealership in central Mass. I have NEVER encountered a company as RUDE as they were to CUSTOMER. NEVER AGAIN!!! I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AVOIDING THEM AT ALL COSTS IF I WERE IN THE MARKET FOR ONE OF THE CARS THEY SELL OR LEASE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL REGRET IT WHEN IT'S ALL SAID AND DONE.
Pros: In a high rent district close to home, but I'd travel far to avoid patronizing them.
Cons: THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.
