Horrble Customer Service and Incorrect Billing 2/19/2009

I was a customer for about a year. I didn't have that much of a problem until I chose too move and cancel my account. I had my bill forwarded too my new address. I disconnected bill in December and got the last bill in January. I called in January too pay my bill over the phone by credit card. Got a comfermation number. Now I recived a bill from there collection agency for the same amount that I already paid. Funny thing is I always payed them on time. Now this collection agency has no phone number on thier bill to contact them except an Auto number too make a payment. LMAO more
