The movers were friendly, on time, completed their work efficiently and on time, and generally did a very good job. They did drop one item, a water feature which they boxed for us, but which fell off of the dolly on the way into the new place. Unfortunately, despite being a very heavy item, $.60/pound didn't even come close to replacement value, so consider that when deciding whether to pay extra for full replacement value insurance. But mistakes happen during moves and our overall experience was favorable and *much* better than experiences that we've had with other moving companies.
