i have taken my dog here twice, and will not take her again. the staff is friendly enough, but my dog just doesnt seem herself when we get her back. i really didnt notice anything wrong the first time, but the second time we took her, she did NOT go with the staff willingly, and i was shocked to see her dragged by the leash through the door, there are always tons of dogs barking in the back, which i suppose is normal, but just doesnt seem right. i got the impression that my dog was stuck in a kennel and let out once or twice to use the bathroom, and that was it . i was not allowed to see where they house the animals, but judging from the overflow in the lobby, it was not size appropriate. used them the first time because the vet was all booked up, and the second because they were a lot cheaper than the vet, but there will not be a third time - i will make sure to book really really early for my dog with the vet from now on - or take her with us. i would reccommend you find somewhere else to board your pet, unless they let you walk back to see where they are going to be keeping your animal.
Pros: nice staff, easy location, lower prices
Cons: wasnt able to see where animals were kept, dog seemed to hate it there
