I have an extended warranty for my washer and dryer with Lowes and apparantly these people are their ""service provider"". They DID actually show up when they were supposed to but that's where the good stuff ends. The technician was clumsy and rude. He did NOTHING to fix the problem and had the nerve to tell me there was nothing wrong with the unit. WHAT?? The agitator barely moves. I know what it's supposed to sound like and act like and this was far from it. When he was leaving he told me since I was not happy with the way it was acting that he would go ahead and order a new motor and circuit board for it. Why in the world would he do that if there was nothing wrong with it? At this point, I am tryong to get someone else to handle the work. Lowes was very apologetic and I think they will be looking elsewhere for someone to do their warranty work.
Pros: Showed up on time.
Cons: Everything else.
