Aqua Illinois is the worst water company ever!! Customer Service...they don't even know what it is!! I live down near Kanakee. I have had several problems with this company. I have had my water shut off when it shouldn't have been. They had the payment and didn't take my name of the disconnect list..THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE NOW!!! You would think that they would be sorry for their mistake and send someone out immediately to reconnect my service!! OH NO!!! The first time it took them 2 DAYS to restore service. They had a ""glitch"" in their system...just ""I'm sorry"". This past time I talked to ""customer service"" over the phone..""Tomorrow is the soonest we can get the water back on.""...I drove to the local office. They were just as helpful. I see Aqua trucks driving around all the time. They should be able to dispatch someone to spend the 5 minutes to turn my service back on. Especially because it's THEIR FAULT!!! I am so looking to move to any city that DOES NOT have Aqua Illinois!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
