I was lured in by words and phrases like ""In 15 minutes"", ""by tomorrow"", ""by the end of the week"", etc., one delay after another, one reason after another. It never ended. There fees were high and redundant. Admn fee, application fee, underwriter fee, not to mention the normal fees, notary and title which were higher than prior refinancings. The only standard fee was the loan origination fee of 1%. I was unhappy, unsatisfied and double talked to death. I would not reccomend this company and wish I had not paid for my appraisal or I would go elsewhere.
