My wife and I (both currently green-belts) have been attending classes at Moss Tae Kwon Do for over a year now, and I can't say enough good things about them. Classes are fun and a great way to get in shape (especially the Fitness Kickboxing class). The instruction is top-notch. The owners, Ron and Lori Moss, have a team of other black-belt instructors that work with us on perfecting forms and showing us new techniques, as well as ways to use the techniques we already know.
Pros: Great instruction. Kid's and adult classes throughout the week.
Cons: Fitness Kickboxing is HARD! (That's only a con for me. It's a great workout.)
