As a Dublin resident who has used this gas station on NUMEROUS occassions, I was very disappointed in the customer service I received today. I was waiting in line for the car wash, it was very crowded. When I got in line there were 4 cars in front of me and by the time it was my turn, there were 7 cars behind me. I pulled up to the machine deposited a $5 then a $1 - the machine told me I needed to deposit $5 more to purchase the $6 car wash. I called for help and the manager came out, I told him what happened. He implied that I was lying. I have never been treated with such disrespect, I am an honest person which they will see when they reconcile today's sales and they are $5 over. Lucky for me there is a Shell station next door which is where I will be taking my business.
