I visited Biscuits this morning after hearing great reviews. The first issue that presented itself was the fact that Biscuits does not take names at the door. This places the burden on the customer to fairly state whether they arrived before or after another patron.....not good.....we were offered seats at the communal table, even though there were 4 other tables available....? We then asked to be moved to another table. The service was slow and the staff seemed disoraganized as they went about their tasks. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and did not enjoy it at all. The red potatoes were almost raw with no seasoning and the eggs were lathered in hollandaise sauce, the slice of ham was huge and the plate messy. I was very dissappointed. When we paid the hostess asked how our food was. I said it was OKAY, there was no further questioning.
Pros: Convenient location, good sized portions
Cons: Disorganized service, subpar food.
